This report follows the implementation of the Pika Intelligent Cooking System from the inception phase to the completion.
The developed system guides people on how to make their best local dishes in accordance with the ingredients available.
The system also gives a variety of the local dishes that can be prepared using the ingredients available, indicates the possible time to be taken to prepare a certain dish and a recipe to follow during preparation of the different dishes and therefore reduces the stress most people go through when deciding what to prepare. The report begins with discussing the design of the Pika Intelligent Cooking System, discusses project implementation and the test outcomes. Some of the challenges faced were high cost of printing interview guides, the proposal, and the report. During data collection, there were some respondents who were biased and unwilling to disclose information to the project team.
The project team managed to achieve the main objective which was to develop an intelligent cooking system. The project gave the team an opportunity to put into practice the theory and knowledge obtained from class to develop a working system that solves a real world problem.
