The study mainly examined the quality of care received by these women before, during and after birth. A total of 34 people participated in this study. The primary participants were women all residing in Kisaasi parish, Kampala district. The other participants included doctors and health workers form various hospitals and health centers who gave me some key information in relation to cesarean birth. The methods of data collection were mainly two i.e in depth interviews and key informant interviews. Data was analyzed using a thematic data analysis approach which was based on content presented and interpreting the major themes that were developed. To show evidence of data collected, I incorporated the use of quotations and stories.
