    Abstract
The main objective of this research project was to develop a mobile based system that can be used to revolutionize the traditional maid’s management process that currently in its form does not serve the interests of majority of homes and families of Uganda. The traditional system of getting house maids that are used by most people is a manual based system with lots of bureaucracy. Maid agents/suppliers are used to identify maids. This present a barrier in a way that limits access to the suitable maid that a client would be interested in. Data was gathered using observations, questionnaires, sampling and interview guides. Modeling of the different processes for the system design was also carried out using Data flow diagrams(DFDs), Entity relation diagram (ERD) architectural diagrams. The technologies/ tools that were utilized in the implementation of the system included; android studio, PHP, MySQL, CSS and Bootstrap. Validation of the data results and testing of the different system components was accomplished through different tests; unit testing of individual system components and acceptance testing from the sampled users. As such the developed system intends to eliminate all these middlemen and provide a straight line of communication between an employer and a potential maid. Hence automating the all process of maid acquisition facilitating better management and access to better maid services.
