dc.description.abstractThis research was designed to find out the determinants of business performance in Uganda. This concern was based on the realization of determinants business performance which is the main goal. Inappropriate performance measures, entrepreneurial knowledge and measurement of business objective became the major important variables in as far as determinants of business performance are concerned. A sample of 40 respondents were selected these include store keepers, restaurant workers, nurses and food stallers. The study purposely selected the participants through whom to get information needed for the study. Questionnaires were administered and collected. Qualitative research was later adopted where the findings were analyzed using descriptive statistics.en_US
