This report contains information on the design and construction of an affordable peanut butter manufacturing machine using locally available materials. The peanut butter making machine uses a stainless-steel blade to grind the peanuts to peanut butter and uses a single-phase motor as a source of rotary motion for the stainless-steel blade. This report consists of five chapters. Chapter one contains information about the project background, problem statement, project objectives, scope and Justification. Chapter two contains information about the literature review concerning peanuts production and other relevant information concerning the different peanut processing stages. Chapter three contains the methodology leading to the design and fabrication of the peanut butter manufacturing machine. Chapter Four contains the results and analysis made after testing the machine prototype. Chapter Five contains the final recommendations and conclusion. This report also has References for the information and an appendix having relevant supporting information and Engineering Drawings for the Machine Designs.en_US
