whereby the researcher cited literature that refuted or supported the current research study and
suggested right methods.
In chapter three, the researcher presented the methodology of this research study including the
research design, research approach, sampling method, data collection and data analysis method
that were used to acquire information for accomplishment of this research. In addition,
anticipated limitations were also included that were resistance from correspondents and language
barrier.
