Abstract
There is a global concern of water as a critical natural resource and it has been increasing over the past decade. The beverage industry has a distinct physical and reputational reliance on water. This Research Project Report addresses the main problem being faced in the brewhouse which is to reduce on water consumption in the brewing department. This research is focused on identifying
possibilities to reduce on water use within the brew house.
