    Abstract
    This study focused on finding the relationship between working conditions, job satisfaction and turnover intentions. In this study we wanted to find out if working conditions would influence job satisfaction and also if job satisfaction could influence turnover intentions and finally to find out if working conditions would influence turnover intentions. The study employed the correlation research design to establish the relationship between variables and used a questionnaire as a tool for data collection and also the sample was drawn using a simple random sampling technique
