Role conflict, work related stress and performance among KCCA revenue collectors
Abstract
The research explored the relationship between role conflict, work related stress and
performance among KCCA revenue collectors in Kampala district. The purpose was to find
out the relationship between role conflict, work related stress and performance. The study had
three objectives. A descriptive research design was used using quantitative approach and
random sampling still used in selecting the 30 respondents within the revenue department.
Data was collected using self administered questionnaires and analysed using (SPSS)
Statistical package for social scientists were Pearson r product correlation co-efficient was
used to test the hypothesis.
