dc.description.abstractThis is a research paper that was conducted at Makerere University. The paper consists of four chapters. Chapter one provides an introduction about the research study. It describes the background and objectives of the research study. This chapter also gives a description of the background of the study and so forth. The second chapter provides the statement of the problem, describes the scope, the significance of the study and what have you. This puts into consideration a brief synopsis and analysis of the relevant research questions that are asked to respond to what exactly the study is looking for. The third chapter presents the evaluation of the research study where the research findings are presented and discussed. In this chapter, the knowledge I acquired is also described about the different notions regarding the particular subject in question. The last chapter presents the conclusion and recommendations. This conclusion puts emphasis on important points in the report including the strengths and weaknesses. The recommendation given herein this chapter is meant to strengthen the research study and improve service delivery at Makerere University.en_US
