dc.description.abstractThis Research is aimed at establishing the relationship between Employee stress, Coping strategies and Job performance among the employees of Opportunity Bank Kamwokya, Kampala. The study will be guided by three specific objectives that include; to find out whether the Employee stress and Coping strategies are significantly related, to assess the relationship between Employee stress and Job performance; to establish the relationship between Coping strategies and Job performance. The researcher used a correlational study design in which self-administered questionnaires with close ended questions will be used to acquire information from respondents. A sample of 96 respondents was targeted and these respondents were selected using nonrandom convenience sampling method. Data was analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 20 from where frequency percentage tables were used to analyze respondents' background information and Product Moment Pearson Correlation Coefficients were used to establish the relationship between the variables. The study highlighted employees and managers in organizations on how stressors influence coping strategies which in turn impacts their job performance.en_US
