dc.description.abstractThe study investigated the relationship between perceived supervisor support, perceived organizational support and employee engagement. the study intended to achieve the following objectives.to examine the relationship between perceived supervisor support and perceived organizational support among employees of both government and non-government schools. To assess the impact of both perceived supervisor support and perceived organizational support on employee engagement among employees of both government and non-government schools. A correlation research design was used to establish the relationship between perceived supervisor support, perceived organizational support and employee engagement among employees of both government and non-government schools. The study used a sample of 123 respondents who were obtained using a simple random technique. Data was analyzed using frequencies, percentages, and Pearson product moment correlations. The findings show that there is a significant relationship between perceived supervisor support, perceived organizational support and employee engagement. Conclusively, this implies that when employees perceive supervisor support and organizational support, there levels of engagement at work increase.en_US
