dc.description.abstractThis study sought to examine the Effect of Workplace Learning and Sleep Quality on Employee Performance at Uganda National Health Laboratory Services. The objectives of the study included to investigate the forms of workplace culture at Uganda National Health Laboratory Services, to investigate sleep quality of workers at Uganda National Health Laboratory Services, to investigate the relationship between workplace learning and Employee Performance at Uganda National Health Laboratory Services, to investigate the role of sleep quality and the relationship between workplace learning and Employee Performance at Uganda National Health Laboratory Services. A total number of 70 respondents who were chosen randomly at UNLS. It was revealed that there is high work place learning among employees of Uganda National Library Services. It was further revealed that there is high sleep quality among employees of Uganda National Library Services. The study revealed that there is a significant relationship between Workplace learning and Employee performance. It was further revealed that there is a significant relationship between sleep quality and work place learning. It was lastly revealed that there is there is a significant relationship between sleep quality and employee performance.en_US
