    Ethical leadership, employee engagement and turnover Iintentions among employees of Makerere University

    Abstract
    The purpose of the study was to find out whether ethical leadership influences Employee Engagement & T.I the study followed the comparative and correlation research design with a sample size of 50 respondents. Data was analyzed using a statistical package for social scientists (SPSS) computer programmes. Results indicated that Employee Leadership influences Employee Engagement, Employee Engagement does not influence Turnover Intentions and Employee Leadership does not influence Turnover Intentions. In conclusion Ethical Leadership and Employee Engagement are positively and significantly related, then is a significant negative relation between ET and a significant negative relationship between Ethical Leadership and Turnover Intentions. Therefore, Makerere should pay attention to other factors that bring about turnover intentions because it was not related with Employee Leadership and Employee Engagement.
