The study adopted a quantitative study design which was correlation in nature with a population of 45 employees. Simple random sampling technique was used to draw a sample of 40 respondents from the population. Descriptive statistics showed that 55.0% of the respondents were female and 45.0% were male, majority were between 20-30 years (55.0%). Results from Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient (r) further indicated that there was a significant positive relationship between job satisfaction and employee motivation, (r=.779**, p=.000). However, the results also showed that there was a significant negative relationship between counterproductive worker behaviour and employee motivation, (r=.-529**, p=.000) as well as job satisfaction and counterproductive worker behaviour, (r=.-387*, p=.000).
