Environmental factors, sexual harassment and academic performance : a case study of BIOP students Makerere University
Abstract
The main purpose of the study was to examine the relationship between Environmental Factors, Sexual Harassment and Academic Performance. A correlational research design was deployed for the study and this made it possible to explore the interrelationships between variables. Sampling of this study comprised 152 respondents and included both male and female using Simple random sampling. Data was analyzed using frequencies and percentages and Pearson product moment correlation. As a result of this study, there was a significant positive relationship between environmental factors and sexual harassment, sexual Harassment and academic Performance and finally a positive relationship between environmental and academic performance.
