dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between stress, job satisfaction and turnover intentions of employees at Pan Africa Company Limited. The study is intending to achieve the following objectives; to examine the relationship between stress and job satisfaction, job satisfaction and turnover intentions finally to examine the relationship between stress and turnover intentions. A correlational study design was used in the study to establish the relationship between stress, job satisfaction and turnover intentions among employees of Pan Africa. The study used a sample of 50 respondents who were adopted using simple random sampling technique. Data was therefore collected using self-administered questionnaire and later analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Scientists version 20. The findings show that there is a positive significant relationship between stress and job satisfaction since (p> O.O l, r=0.899**). The findings show that there is an insignificant negative relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intentions since (p= 0.456, r= O.10). The findings show that there is an insignificant negative relationship between stress and turnover intentions since (p=0.389, r=-0.125). In conclusion, this implies that stress greatly impacts on employees’ job satisfaction at Pan Afric Commodities Limited though job satisfaction seems to have a negative impact on turnover intentions among employees. Therefore, the following recommended the organization management is recommended to provide necessary facilities, conducive organizational climate and take action that caters for the welfare of workers to improve employees job performance and reduce on their turnover intentions.en_US
