    Abstract
    The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between organizational culture, job satisfaction and job performance among lecturers of Makerere University. The study is intending to achieve the following objectives; to examine the relationship between Organizational culture and job satisfaction, Organizational culture and job performance and finally between job satisfaction and job performance. A correlational study design will be used in the study to establish the relationship between organizational culture, job satisfaction and job performance among lecturers of Makerere University. The study will be using a sample of 263 respondents who will be adopted using simple sampling technique. Data will therefore be collected using a self-administered questionnaire and later analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Scientists 21.0.
