    Abstract
    The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between marital stress, occupational stress and job performance among the employees of Makerere University. The study is intending to achieve the following objectives to examine the relationship between marital stress, occupational stress and job performing. The study will be using a sample of three hundred sixty who will be adopted using sampling techniques. Data will therefore be collected using self-administered questionnaires.
