    Abstract
    The purpose of this study was to find out the relationship between academic stress, diet and academic performance among students of Makerere University. The study intended to achieve the following objectives to determine the relationship between stress, diet and academic performance to ascertain the correlation of stress and academic performance of students to establish the relationship between stress and diet among students. A correlational study design was used in the study to establish the relationship between academic stress, diet and academic performance among students of Makerere University. The study used a sample of 100 respondents who were adopted using simple sampling technique. Data was therefore collected using self-administered questionnaire Statistical Package for Social Scientists (SPSS)
