dc.description.abstractThe purpose of the study was to establish the relationship between work life balance, employee engagement and job performance among the staff of Hotel Africana. And the following were the objectives of the study; to find out whether work life balance relates with work engagement among workers at Hotel Africana, to ascertain whether work engagement affects employees at Hotel Africana, to establish whether work engagement relates to job performance at Hotel Africana. The study employed the quantitative approach research. The target population of the study included all employees of Hotel Africana, both males and females aged between 20-51 years and above who make a total of 50. The instrument used for the study contained already developed standardized questionnaires on work life balance, employee motivation and job performance. Data analysis was done on both descriptive and inferential statistics, interpreted and presented findings in an understandable and logical way. Work life Balance has been found to have a positive relationship with Employee engagement. Work life Balance also a positive relationship with Job Performance.en_US
