This is a dissertation about a study on job insecurity, mental health and engagement which are therefore also the main variables. It goes ahead to look at the work that has been done on these variables individually and also in terms of their relationship with each other. The study also formulates hypotheses from gathered information to guide the study as the basis for data gathering. The methods for data collection including the tools will also be indicated in this proposal as well as the methods for managing and analyzing data once it is gathered. The ethical considerations that will be observed in the course of the study will be indicated too. This is a summary of the area that will be covered in chapter one, two and three. In chapter four, the data that was collected is analyzed and written in the form of frequencies and percentages. In chapter five, an interpretation of the analyzed data is written.en_US
