The study sought to find out the relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intentions among employees under Uganda Manufacturers’ Association (UMA). The study intended to achieve the following objectives; to examine the levels of job satisfaction among employees under Uganda Manufacturers’ Association, to examine the levels of turnover intentions among employees under Uganda Manufacturers’ Association and to examine the relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intentions among employees under Uganda Manufacturers’ Association. The study employed a correlation research design to examine the relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intentions. The study used a total sample of 49 respondents who were subjected to simple random sampling technique. Data was collected using self-administered questionnaires and a link. The researcher analyzed data using a Statistical Package for Social Science version 23 (SPSS) and Pearson correlation coefficient (r) was used to test the hypothesis. The findings revealed that there was a non-significant relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intentions (r=.208, p> 0.05). This meant that the scores of job satisfaction do not influence scores of turnover intentions. In Uganda, many organizations are facing low levels of job satisfaction and this could be attributed to late payments, unfavorable working conditions this in turn could lead to high turnover intentions which may affect the organization. Therefore, organizations should come up with ideas that could limit the low levels of job satisfaction thereby reducing high levels of turnover intentionsen_US
