dc.description.abstractThe study sought to establish the relationship between job insecurity, psychological wellbeing and employee motivation among teachers during the COVID 19 pandemic. The study gave an insight of how employee’s perceived feeling of job insecurity affects their psychological wellbeing and motivation at work. The objectives were to examine the relationship between job insecurity and psychological wellbeing, the relationship between psychological wellbeing and employee motivation and to assess if psychological wellbeing affected the results between job insecurity and employee motivation among teachers during the COVID 19 pandemic. A quantitative research approach was used in data collection and analysis. A simple random sampling method was used targeting a sample size of teachers. The study findings will help the government in formulation of new policies to accommodate uncertain times and encourage teachers to take on various economic activities.en_US
