dc.description.abstractThis study sought to find out the relationship between supportive supervision, psychological flexibility and mental health of employees in child correction centres. The study is intended to achieve the following objectives; to examine the relationship between Supportive supervision and psychological flexibility, to assess the relationship between and supportive supervision and mental health. Finally, to ascertain the relationship between psychological flexibility and mental health. A correlational study design was used in the study to establish the relationship between supportive supervision, Psychological Flexibility and Mental Health of employees in child correction centers. The study used a sample of 50 respondents who were adopted using simple sampling technique. Data was therefore collected using self-administered questionnaire and later analysed using Statistical Package for Social Scientists (SPSS).en_US
