dc.description.abstractThe purpose of the study was investigate the effect of organization compassion, employee engagement on employee motivation among teachers at Makerere College School. The study intended to achieve the following objectives to examine the relationship between organizational compassion and employee engagement, to examine the relationship between organizational compassion and employee motivation, to examine the relationship between employee engagement and employee motivation. A convenient sample of 177 teachers were selected to participate in the study. The researcher used Pearson product moment correlation coefficient to test the set out hypotheses. It was found that there is a significant relationship between organizational compassion and employee motivation It was found that there is a significant relationship between employee engagement and employee motivation. It was found that there is a significant relationship between employee engagement and organizational compassionen_US
