dc.description.abstractThe purpose of the study was to find out the relationship between stress and performance among nurses of Mulago referral hospital. The study intended to achieve the objectives of finding out the levels of stress among the nurses of Mulago Referral Hospital, finding out the levels of performance among the nurses of Mulago referral hospital and finding out the relationship Between stress and performance among the nurses of Mulago Referral Hospital. A correlational research design was used in the study to establish the relationship between stress and performance. The study used a sample of 41 Respondents who adapted to simple random sampling (SRS). Data was collected using a self-administered questionnaire and analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Scientists (SPSS) (Version 23).en_US
