    Abstract
    The purpose the study is to find out the impact of job involvement on job satisfaction among teachers working in secondary schools in Mbarara district, to find out the levels of job involvement among secondary school teachers in Mbarara district, to find out the levels of job satisfaction among secondary school teachers in Mbarara district, to examine the relationship between job involvement and job satisfaction.
