The study employed a correlational study design which attempts to determine whether a relationship exists between two or more variables. Findings in the table showed that Organisational communication was positively related to employee motivation (r = 0.387**, p = 0.009), and given that the p-value was less than 0.05. The table showed that there was a very weak positive relationship between employee motivation and turnover intensions as shown by Pearson’s correlation coefficient r = 0.144. However, the relationship was not significant since the p-value was greater than 0.05 (p = 0.354) and there was a negative relationship between organizational communication and turnover intentions (r = -0.304*) as shown in table 4.5. It was recommended that; it’s vital for organization managers or leaders to understand the importance of communication, motivation and turnover intentions and it is also imperative to create the loyalty and love between the employees toward the organization through positive, effective and timely communication and also a need to implement the reward systems, employee empowerment and job involvementen_US
