dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between job stress, job satisfaction and job performance among teachers at Nyangilia Secondary School. The study was conducted in Nyangilia Secondary School, Koboko. A correlational study design was used to establish the relationship between job stress, job satisfaction and job performance among teachers. The sample size included all the 28 male and female teachers. Data was collected using self-administered questionnaire and was analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient (r) was used to determine the level of significance of the hypotheses. Results indicated that there is no significant relationship between job stress and job performance as well as no significant relationship between job stress and job satisfaction among teachers. However, results revealed that there is a significant relationship between job satisfaction and job performance (r= .639, p= .000) among teachers at Nyangilia Secondary School.en_US
