dc.description.abstract | The purpose if the study was to establish the influence of occupational stress, employee productivity and turnover intentions among employees at KCB Bank Uganda limited. The research objectives 1) to examine the relationship between occupational stress and employee productivity among employees at KCB bank Uganda Limited
2) To examine the relationship between Occupational stress and Turn over intentions among employees at KCB bank Uganda Limited.
3) To examine the relationship between Employee Productivity and Turnover intentions among employees at KCB bank Uganda Limited.
The study employed a descriptive cross section survey design. Correlation was used to establish the relationship between Occupation stress, Employee productivity and Turnover Intentions among employees at KCB Bank Uganda Limited and testing of Hypothesis. Stratified sampling was used to select a sample from each category of employees. A simple random sampling was used to select respondents from each selected sample from the category. The study adopted self-administer questionnaires and interview guide. The findings revealed that there is no significant relationship between Occupational Stress, Employee Productivity and Turn over Intentions among Employees of KCB Bank Limited. The study recommended that KCB Bank Uganda Limited should adopt strategies of managing Occupational Stress through reducing work load, emphasizing on work delegation creation of a conducive working environment, provision of leave and many others inorder to reduce turnover intentions. The study also recommended tat KCB Bank Uganda Limited should train their employee’s in order to enhance their productivity. | en_US |
