dc.description.abstractThe purpose of the study was to find out the relationship between sleep quality, fatigue and work performance among the employees of American Tower Corporation. The study adopted a cross-sectional study design with a sample size of ninety-eight respondents. Data was analyzed using a Statistical Package for Social Scientists (SPSS) computer programme. Results indicated that there is a positive relationship between sleep quality and fatigue. The results indicated that there is a positive relationship between fatigue and performance. The results further indicated that there was a positive relationship between sleep quality and performance. Therefore, strategic level positions like human resource managers in different organizations should make sure to consider sleep quality and fatigue in their policies as key determinants of work performance. Furthermore, university students and other researchers who may find interest in doing the same topic of research should focus more on the effects of poor sleep quality and the solutions to the effects.en_US
