dc.description.abstractThe study was carried out to investigate the relationship between Job Insecurity, Motivation and Psychological Wellbeing of Employees during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The study had 234 respondents who were randomly selected from their places of work. Self-administered questionnaires were used in data collection process the data was analyzed using the statistical software package for social sciences (SPSS). Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient was used to determine the significance of the relationships among variables. The researchers observed and concluded that there is there is a significant relationship between psychological wellbeing and job insecurity among workers, (p=.000<0.05). The results of the study also indicated that there a significant relationship between job insecurity and motivation to works (p=.007<0.05) Finally the findings of the study revealed that there is a significant relationship between psychological well-being and employee motivation p.000<0.05).en_US
