Stress, Job security and employee performance
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between stresses, job security and employee performance at the work place using Uganda Revenue Authority as the case study. A cross-sectional research study was used to measure situations at one point in time Cooper & Schindler, (2011) using quantitative approach. The study population constituted the 143 staff of Uganda Revenue Authority. It was required sampling with some principle decisions about who, where and when to be studied. The sample size of the study constituted of 103respondents.The researcher used both primary and secondary sources of data to collect data from various categories of respondents and documentation respectively. The study targeted 103 out of which 98 responded representing a response rate of 95.1%.
