dc.description.abstractThe study entitled Organizational Politics, Occupational Stress and Employee Engagement among staff of Ambrosoli Consult Uganda Ltd, had the following objectives; to examine the relationship between organizational politics and occupational stress, to examine the relationship between organizational politics and employee engagement, to examine the relationship between engagement and occupational stress. A convenient sample of 80 employees of Ambrosoli Consult Uganda Ltd employees was selected to participate in the study. The researcher used Pearson product moment correlation coefficient to test the set-out hypothesis. The study has revealed that there is a significant relationship between organizational politics and stress because organizational politics lowers the decision making among some employees while giving the less deserving ones decision making powers which often increases stress among employees. The study also revealed that an increase in occupational stress will result in a decrease in employee engagement. Lastly a negative organizational politics has shown to lower employee engagement among employees at Ambrosoli Consulten_US
