dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between organizational politics, employee engagement and job satisfaction at Nampiima mall .The study was conducted in Nampiima mall, in Seeta Mukono. A correlational study design was used to establish the relationship between organizational politics, employee engagement and job satisfaction among the employees. The sample size included all the 30 male and female staff. Data was collected using self-administered questionnaire and was analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient (r) was used to determine the level of significance of the hypotheses. Results indicated that there is no significant relationship between organizational politics and employee engagement as well as no significant relationship between organizational politics and job satisfaction among the employees at Nampiima Mall. However, results revealed that there is a positively significant relationship between employee engagement job satisfaction (r=637**, p= .000) among employees at Nampiima Mallen_US
