dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of work environment and marital stress on job performance among working married couples in Lyantonde district. The study was intending to achieve the following objectives; to determine the relationship between work environment and job performance, to determine the relationship between marital stress and job performance, to determine the impact of work environment and marital stress on job performance. The study was using a sample of 50 respondents who were adopted using simple random sampling technique. Data was therefore collected using self-administered questionnaire and later analyzed using statistical package for social scientists’ version 23. | en_US |
