dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between organizational politics, employee engagement and Job satisfaction among employees at Paramount Hospital in Uganda. The study intended to achieve the following objectives; to examine whether organizational politics and employee engagement related among employees of paramount hospital, to examine whether organizational politics and job satisfaction are related among employees of paramount hospital and to examine whether employee engagement and job satisfaction are related among employees of paramount hospital. A correlational study design was used in the study to establish the relationship between organizational politics, employee engagement and Job satisfaction among employees at Paramount Hospital. The study used a sample of 60 respondents who were adopted using convince sampling technique. Data was collected using self-administered questionnaire and later analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Scientists. Results indicated that organisational politics and employee engagement are not significantly related, a positive significant relationship between employee engagement and job satisfaction and organisational politics and job satisfaction are significantly relateden_US
