dc.description.sponsorshipThis study was aimed at investigating the relationship between Psycho-social behaviors, attitudes towards blood donation and psychological well-being of Makerere university students towards blood donation. The objective is to examine the effect of Psycho-social behaviors on attitudes, effect of attitudes and psychological well-being and the relationship between psychological well-being and Psycho-social behaviors. This study was carried out using a Correlation research design; questionnaires will be used to collect data from respondents. The participants will be third year students of school of Psychology. A total of 82 respondents participated in the study. Data was analyzed using statistical package for Social Scientist (SPSS) version 20.0, Pearson Correlation (r) was used to test the relationships. The study findings showed that there is a relationship between psychosocial behaviors and attitudes towards blood donation among Makerere university students (r=.552**, p=.000). The findings also showed that there is a relationship between attitudes towards blood donation and psychological well-being, (r= 571**, p=.000). Findings finally showed that there is a relationship between psychological wellbeing and psycho-social behaviors among Makerere university students (r=.565**, p=.000). Findings show that there is a relationship between psychological wellbeing and psycho-social behaviors among Makerere university students (r=.565**, p=.000).en_US
