dc.description.abstractThis study aimed at assessing the relationship between relationship between Academic stress, Depression and Academic Performance among Secondary Students at Young Christian School, Najjanankumbi in Uganda. In unraveling this, it’s crucial that we identify the impact of hold of Academic stress and Depression to students in this particular school. As previous research has shown and proved that there is a connection in how Academic stress lessens with Depression which inversely lowers the academic performance of students. The results indicated that there is no relationship between academic stress and depression, there is a negative relationship between academic stress and academic performance, there is a negative relationship between depression and academic performance. Therefore, the study concluded that academic stress does not affect depression but affects academic performance of students.en_US
