dc.description.abstractThis study examined Employee motivation, work place behavior and job performance among employees of Uganda Police Force where 70 respondents were interviewed. The study had the following objectives, relationship between employee motivation and workplace behavior, employee motivation and job performance, and lastly workplace behavior and job performance among employees of Uganda Police Force. The workplace behavior has continued to be a major influence of employee job performance among adolescents. It has been revealed that workplace behavior especially citizenship workplace behavior do influence employee job performance. The study further revealed that also work place behavior influence employee motivation negatively so an increase in deviant workplace behavior leads to low employee motivations. Lastly it has been proven that employee motivation has no significant effect on employee job performance among staff at Uganda Police.en_US
