dc.description.abstractThis study sought to examine the relationship between self-esteem, stress and depression among teachers at Nkoma Secondary School, Mbale district. The study intended to achieve the following objectives; to examine the relationship between self-esteem and depression, to establish the relationship between stress and depression, to ascertain the relationship self-esteem and stress among teachers. The study used a sample of 30 respondents who were adopted using the random sampling method (i.e. the lottery method), the data was therefore collected using self-administered questionnaires and later analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Sciences and Pearson product moment correlation coefficient The results further proved that there were significant relationships among the variables Selfesteem, Stress and Depression among teachers in support of the hypothesesen_US
