dc.description.abstractThis study aims to investigate the relationship between motivation, job satisfaction and work performance among employees of Equity Bank Uganda. The objectives are: to establish the effect of motivation on job satisfaction, establish the effect of job satisfaction on employee turnover and establish the relationship between motivation and employee turnover. This study will be carried out using a Correlational research design, questionnaires will be used to collect data from respondents. The participants will be all employees of Equity Bank Uganda. A total of 100 respondents will participate in the study. Data will be analysed using Statistical Package for Social Scientists (SPSS), Pearson Correlation coefficient (r) will be used to test the relationships.en_US
