The closure of workplaces resulted in short-term and long-term job losses, hence causing worry about ability to retain jobs for many people across the world. The study also adopted standardized instruments that have also been used by several publishers in scientific research. Data was also entered and managed using Statistical Package for Social Scientists (SPSS) version 25 where descriptive and inferential statistics were used. Descriptive statistics was to analyse participants’ background information and inferential was to test the hypothesis. The findings indicated that the majority of respondents were female with 55.1% and the least were male with 44.9%. | en_US |
