dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship Motivation, Employee Engagement, and Performance among Employees at Law Development Centre. A quantitative study design was used, correlation was used in study to establish the relationship Motivation, Employee Engagement, and Performance among Employees. The study used a sample of 150 respondents who were adopted using simple sampling technique. Data was therefore be collected using self-administered questionnaire and later analyzed using statistical package of social scientists (SPSS). The findings of the study showed no relationship between motivation and employee engagement (,p=248,>0.5). The results also showed that there is a significant relationship between employee engagement and performance (p=.000<0.05).the results further showed that there is a relationship between motivation and performance (p=.022<0.05).en_US
