Attitude on job training and commitment among employees in hospitals in Kampala, Uganda

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between attitude, on job training and commitment of employees at the work place. And to also examine the relationship between the variable that is; attitude, on job training and commitment. A correlational study design was used in the study to establish the relationship between the variables among workers at Mulago National Referral Hospital.
