The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between mental health and job satisfaction among employees of Uganda cancer institute (UCI). A sample of 85 employees, both men and women participated in the study. This study adopted a correlation-study design which was quantitative in nature. The respondents were chosen using simple random sampling technique. A self-administered questionnaire was used in the data collection. The results indicate that there is a weak, negative significant relationship between mental health (anxiety and depression) and job satisfaction. The researcher recommended that supervisors at all levels in the organizations need to practice supportive supervision to enhance positive mental health among employees which intern leads to productivity of the organization.en_US
