dc.description.abstractThis research is about mindfulness, job satisfaction and work performance at workplaces. There was a significant relationship between mindfulness, Job satisfaction and work performance. Results from the study indicated that mindfulness and job satisfaction were significantly related because employees had attention control, had self-awareness, emotional regulation and self-regulation. Results from the study indicated that mindfulness and work performance were significantly related because workers were mindful enough towards their job thus increasing the work performance. Results from the study indicated that job satisfaction and work performance were significantly related because satisfied employee devotes himself to work, performs orders better, cares for others and for himself he feels safe in the enterprise thus better work performance.en_US
