dc.description.abstractThe purpose of the study was to examine the impact of physical activity on Work engagement among Employees in Organizations. It involved 111 respondents from different organizations around Kampala. The respondents were selected using Quota Sampling in which employees were targeted in all the organizations and data was collected using questionnaires and was analyzed using SPSS version 2018. Pearson’s correlation coefficient was used and the results from the study indicated that there is a relationship between Physical Activity and Work Engagement (r=233*, P>0.05) and the hypothesis was rejected and concluded that there is a relationship between Physical Activity and Work engagement. Future research should indulge in a longitudinal study on the effects of physical Activity on Employee engagement. The government and organizations should put in place a mechanism that encourages and motivates the organizational staff both in private and government organizations since motivation positively affect employee engagement.en_US
