dc.description.abstractThis dissertation aimed to investigate the relationship between physical activity levels, sleep quality, fatigue, and counterproductive work behavior among health workers of Kawempe referral Health workers with challenging programs for work activities with high levels of stress, which is important for providing quality support to patients. Therefore, understanding the factors that influence their counterproductive work behavior was important for both their well-being and the overall quality of healthcare. A correlational research design was employed. The sample size consisted of 110 male and female who self-administered the questionnaire on physical activity, sleep quality, fatigue and counterproductive work behavior. The data was analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Sciences and Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient was used to ascertain the level of significance. The analysis revealed that there was no significant relationship between physical activity and counterproductive work behavior, sleep quality and counterproductive work behavior, fatigue and counterproductive work behavior, physical activity and fatigue and lastly sleep quality and fatigue. However, there was significant relationship between physical activity and sleep quality.en_US
